Wallingford Animal Control

Wallingford Animal Control proudly serves the residents of Wallingford, Connecticut. In addition to our responsibilities as animal control officers, we also maintain the animal shelter, and care for the animals temporarily housed there.

Our primary goal for all of our shelter animals is to adopt them out to permanent, loving, and suitable homes. In order to ensure we are placing these animals in the best possible homes we have a strict and detailed application and adoption process.

Wallingford Animal Control accepts ferrets for surrender if you are unable to keep him/her. We have limited space for these frisky little creatures, so we can not take in too many. However, we want to be sure people know they can contact us for assistance. Please also check with us if you are looking to adopt a ferret.
